Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • Billing errors or duplicate payments
  • Unfulfilled service requests caused by La Casa Logistics LLC
  • Service cancellation within the allowed timeframe
  • Technical failures preventing service delivery

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@lacasalogistics.com within 7 business days of the transaction date.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following situations are non-refundable:

  • Completed dispatch services
  • Cancelled loads without proper notice (less than 4 hours before dispatch)
  • Third-party transaction or processing fees
  • Services rendered as requested
  • Cancellations due to client-side issues

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeline:

  • More than 24 hours before dispatch: Full refund minus 5% administrative fee
  • 4-24 hours before dispatch: 50% refund
  • Less than 4 hours before dispatch: No refund
  • After dispatch has begun: No refund

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • We are not responsible for bank or processor delays
  • Refund status can be tracked via email confirmation

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to info@lacasalogistics.com with your order/dispatch ID
  2. Include the reason for the refund request
  3. Provide supporting documentation if applicable
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
