La Casa Logistics LLC provides logistics coordination services between shippers, carriers, and brokers. We do not own, lease, or operate freight vehicles. Our role is limited to coordination, communication, and management of dispatch and related billing activities.

All dispatches, billing transactions, and service confirmations are documented digitally and subject to mutual agreement.

3. Use of the Website

By using www.lacasalogistics.com, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting any online forms.
• Not engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Avoid attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the website or its data.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and RoadSync, both PCI-compliant payment gateways.

We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and digital wallets.

Payment is due upon service confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any unpaid balances may result in service suspension.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are only issued in cases of billing errors, duplicate payments, or unfulfilled service requests caused by La Casa Logistics LLC.
• Requests for refund must be submitted in writing to info@lacasalogistics.com within 7 business days of the transaction date.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

• Completed dispatch services.
• Cancelled loads without proper notice (less than 4 hours before dispatch).
• Third-party transaction or processing fees.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for bank or processor delays.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Policies are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Bernalillo County, Albuquerque, NM.
