LaCasa Roadside Assistance acts as a service coordinator and does not guarantee the performance time or actions of independent third-party providers.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding vehicle location, condition, and service needs
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and legally permitted for towing or roadside assistance
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional charges, or service cancellation.

3. Service Availability

Service availability depends on location, weather conditions, road conditions, and third-party provider availability. Estimated arrival times are not guaranteed and may vary.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees are determined based on the type of service requested and coordination efforts involved.

• Charges may apply once a service request is initiated
• Additional fees may apply due to distance, complexity, or special circumstances

All charges will be communicated prior to or during service coordination where possible.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy:

• If a service is canceled before a service provider is dispatched, a full or partial refund may be considered
• Once a service provider has been dispatched, refunds may not be available
• All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

By opting into SMS from our web form or other medium, you agree to receive SMS text messages from LaCasa Roadside Assistance. Please read these terms carefully.

When you opt-in to SMS communication with LaCasa Roadside Assistance, you will receive messages exclusively from our dedicated customer care team. These messages are designed to provide you with professional support and assistance for all your towing and roadside assistance needs.

7.2 Customer Care Services Include

Our customer care team will communicate with you via SMS for:

7.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your service requests. You may receive multiple messages during active service requests, but frequency will depend on the services you request and any issues that may arise.

7.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile phone carrier will apply to all SMS messages received from LaCasa Roadside Assistance. Your carrier may charge you for incoming and outgoing text messages. Please contact your carrier for more information about your text messaging plan.

7.5 Opting Out of SMS Messages

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. To unsubscribe from all text messages:

• Reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message.
• After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from LaCasa Roadside Assistance, but service-critical alerts may still be sent if you have an active service request.
• Opting out of SMS does not affect your email or phone call communications with us.
